1. General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions govern purchases made on the LiZen Candle online store. The contract between the parties is concluded electronically upon placing an order.

2. Products and Prices

The products listed in the webshop are handcrafted, unique scented candles. All prices are shown in Hungarian Forints (HUF), include VAT, and reflect current pricing. Shipping fees are displayed separately at checkout.

3. Ordering Process

1. The customer selects the desired product and adds it to the cart.
2. Before finalizing the order, the customer may modify the entered data.
3. By clicking the "Place Order" button, the customer confirms the order and agrees to the payment obligation.
4. A confirmation email will be sent upon order completion.

4. Payment Methods

• Credit/debit card payment
• Cash on delivery (COD)

5. Shipping Terms

Products are dispatched within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Shipping is carried out via courier service. Customers will receive an email notification regarding the expected delivery time.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product without providing a reason.

The intention to withdraw must be sent via email.

The product must be returned undamaged at the customer's own expense.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the product is returned.

7. Complaints & Warranty

As our products are handcrafted, minor variations may occur.

In case of damaged packages or broken items, please include a photo in your message.

The version in effect at the time of order placement will apply.
